Heat Therapy

At Zen Jiu Jitsu & Wellness, we believe in using heat therapy to promote relaxation and stimulate various physiological responses.

Our modality of choice is infrared saunas, which use heat to penetrate deeper into the skin to increase circulation and oxygenation. Our hot baths provide a similar effect, using hot water to relax muscles and joints, ease tension, and soothe the mind.

We are committed to providing a space where you can unwind, relax, and rejuvenate your mind and body.
